You’re absolutely right about the humor thing, and I find what you say about proverbs really interesting. Evil people are both shallow and hollow. And, because they completely lack emotional depth, both boring and repugnant. I pity them actually. Imagine living like a human crocodile, completely blind to love, humor and the joy of becoming wise.
