Well, let’s face it, the entirety of the physics in the series was ridiculous (I have not read the book). Like when the suns align and everybody starts to levitate! I actually don’t know where to start. But to critics of this article who think it’s pedantry: relax! I’m sure the author understands it’s just a fictional premise. It’s an opportunity to explore some physics which the series (or book) had made people curious about. No need to get upset.
