I mean, sure, go check out that meteorite. But given the vast number of *rocks* floating around out there against the minuscule number of space probes - regardless of how many civilized planets there are in the galaxy - finding a probe would be preposterously lucky. “Unusually tough”? C’mon. That’s not strong enough evidence to suggest the massive odds have been overcome.
